I'm not buying that.
Ashley has backed Rafa.
He knew he could hide behind Ashley's general shitehouseary.
He's acutely aware of the club and how it's run, and he's still there picking up his large pay cheque.
If the Toon Army weren't so myopic they might realise Rafa isn't the manager they think he is.

Having watched that 350,000 times I think Kayal did that on purpose ................................ but the deflection from the toon player makes that impossible. There case solved.

I don't think the defender touched it at all although it's difficult to see how Kayal managed to divert it so much.
All the chat before the game about how hard their run has been so far, but no harder than ours. Now all the chat on the radio is about them again and no mention of the Albion. Happy to be under the radar, but the media really are so bloody one-eyed in The Prem.

Just focus on the defender nearest to the penalty spot throughout the clip. He definitely deflects the ball.
Will we see Andone play? Seemed like the ideal opp to bring him on and once again we went for Locadia. Surely Andone should be knocking on the door by now? He's on the bench.
