Brentford vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

I thought our squad was strong enough to cope with absences this season but it appears not.

We've still lost less than Newcastle and in the top 2, but that doesn't stop NSC from having a breakdown.

It's been a very worrying 2017, and we all remember what happened last season, so painfully. So, we're bound to be reacting like this.

It was complacency that got us here IMHO.

Hughton has to take the blame I'm afraid. 1st time selecting Norwood in a 2 man midfield is careless. 2nd time after the embarrassment on Tuesday is indefensible. If Stephens isn't fit keep it tight and pack the midfield, now the game is over before half time yet again.

Don't worry. Canter will contiune to give us the usual shite about being 2nd and were heading for promotion!

Skalak before March, Norwood before Kayal, Akpom benched, no Stphens, no Baldock.... these are all worries I heard on the BBC Sussex interviews pre match, they have come to fruition.
