He wont kowtow to the press and they dont like it, hes just booted a load from a press conference and they are already squealing that its unprecidented, which is fake news as Obama gave select private briefings to leftish press. Its the press that wont last, their trust ratings have fallen 5% since November. His main advisor Bannon openly refers to the press as the opposition replacing the Dems and advocates a war mentality. You really are grasping at straws.

The Guardian were one of the outlets excluded. As were the BBC.
Fake news, inasmuch as it means anything, means a completely false set of events presented as factual, not a different interpretation of events - which is the sense you're using it here.
It's spelled 'unprecedented'.
No one expects Trump to 'kow-tow' to the press - when did any politician ever do that? But if you believe in democracy, a free press means not selecting those you think will write favourably about you.

Sanders is not an octogenarian (or even 'octoganarian' as you spell it) - he was born in 1941. Do the maths.

I know the BBC was, as was the Mail but didn't see the guardian on the list published on The Hill.


No I am using fake news not as interpretation but as omission of facts, lying by omission. The press expect Trump to be "cut down to size" the murdoch mentality so to speak. Its not about free speech its a snub as they can get the news from the press pool, reuters etc and get used to my spelling being off, dyslexia. 76, socialist/ commie, meh close enough.

talking of grasping at straws, Bannon himself is a product of the media, and "the press" has survived far greater challenges over history than Trump.

In the past I've thought you retained a modicum of intelligence in your posting, but Trump/Bannon's attack on the press isn't 'not kowtowing' as you put it, is it?

You didn't clarify your point about abortion earlier either. Are you saying you support a ban on abortion as a way to avoid the collapse of Western Civilisation?
