That's what the man aspires too. He's as communist as they come and would dearly love to dictate his will on this country IF he could get away with it. That momentum group that seem to pull the strings are a vile bullying organisation. Corbyn with Abbott by his side. Dear God what are the people thinking. Talking of Abbott she seems to think Venezuela's elections are better run than ours. Mind you she seemed to ignore the fact that many of the students that voted twice for them did so illegally. Selective in her opinions wouldn't you say.

"idiots"? You're the idiot if you truly believe there is any traction in wanting to emulate that particular former statelet. To be clear, communism has never worked, socialism has and does in several states. The issue is always one of both accountability and competence - Erik Honecker was never accountable because he was a dictator, and East Germany was a state-planned economy, which is communism, not socialism. I think you think you sound like a voice of reason. You don't, you sound blinkered and clueless.
And comparisons with Venezuela are also massively wide of the mark. Venezuela grapples with a recent history of military dictatorship and an appalling distribution of wealth that makes ours look like a communist utopia. Something needed to be done to address wealth equality and socialism does that. That said, I am not a fan of the power grab that has gone on in the last couple of weeks. Concentrating power in the hands on man is a very bad thing, regardless of political persuasion.

A lot better than when under Wilson Callaghan Blair and all the others that f...d up the economy of this country. The only thing we are missing is another Maggie to make Britain Great again and crush the opposition more so than TM does. Although even she makes Corbyn look lost in question time

I don't read The Guardian, thanks. As for being an idiot - perhaps if you spoke and engaged directly with genuine Labour candidates and activists rather than going with hysterical headlines and stories in The Mail and Express and others on Diane Abbott, Corbyn et al, you might be better placed to make an informed statement rather than brandishing him a communist.

I dont think they will be kicked out to be replaced by a shower with no idea of whatsoever of controlling the economy. It is an indisputable fact that whenever Tories have come back into power after Labour they have had to get us out of an economic hole.
