Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon.

This.

I appreciate its classic Crodo fayre, but do we REALLY have to talk about sodding Christmas for an entire six weeks in the run-up to it ?

Also this.

Mrs Barham’s tash has started putting up various decorations in stages and calling me humbug for not joining in. Shudder.

Fully expecting a request to get and decorate a tree this sodding weekend.

I didn't mind so much when we had excitable 10-year olds. NEXT weekend will be the deccies. At the earliest.

I like our tree. We have one that goes back in the ground in the year and potted up for Christmas, think it’s it’s 4th year this year. Mrs TC keeps the decorating classy. Elsewhere it’s cards up on a string and a few tasteful fairy lights. I find it rather cheery.

Nothing, as usually get up late and have to start on the main event, though this year it looks like a bbq on the beach is the general consensus.

Fried egg on toast then a little grated cheddar under the grill for a moment a sprinkle of ground black pepper and a nice cup of tea for a moments calm before the dogs of war are unleashed

Same as every other day. Caffeine and nicotine. And lots of it.
