So when it’s convenient you do actually believe Osborne, you sir are a clown 🤡, you spent most of 2015 calling him Gideon, yet now he’s George Osborne. The king of political point scoring!!

Isn't it Mr Osbourne who has been doing the point scoring since he left Westminster? Now he's not towing the party line...

Nice timing....deflects away from

“The number of children living in poverty will soar to a record 5.2 million over the next five years as the government’s welfare cuts bite deepest on households with young families, one of Britain’s leading thinktanks has warned.
Research from the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS) predicts an increase of more than 1 million in the number of children living below the poverty line – more than reversing all the progress made over the past 20 years.”

Hilarious!

It's the truth thou. How also anyone from the labour party can complain about there not being social housing, that party had 13 years in power, they did absolutely nothing to address the rise in population and the stresses and strains it would bring to our current infrastructure. All they are good at is being politically correct. They will never get my vote again.

Party politics aside, this whole media witch hunt was worthy of Halloween time. If flirting with a female colleage , perhaps a hand on knee at a social evening , even an arm around the shoulder if one thought it would be well received , is worthy of such complaints decades later.......then who among us has not been guilty in the past?

I am talking about the office culture of the 70s- 80s..perhaps it is different now. Girls then just dealt with it by a cutting remark if it was misplaced. .Over and done.

If anyone thinks it only happened in Westminster they are wrong. It was the norm for the times......Of course serious allegations such as the Labour Party covering up alleged rape is a totally different matter .
Gene Hunt next to resign !

Given the absolute nonsense (and this is being polite) you post, see the Brexit thread (see posts from 37711 to 37721) for example (and when this particular rubbish was picked apart and it was correctly predicted you would “disappear for the day”) I’m surprised anyone listens to you. If you do chose to stick around today I’m still waiting for your explanation from your posts I referenced.

Amuses me that someone who takes themselves as seriously as you do is happy to make themselves look so silly.

Well enjoy the ongoing austerity and year on year cuts to the budget for Education, Councils and the dithering over the NHS. Remember we are allegedly the 5th biggest economy in the world and there has been plenty of money printed to support the banks but we can't even keep public toilets open ! The Tories are meant to be the ones who are so good at budgeting yet the cuts go on and on ? What state would we be in if we were the 15th or 25th biggest economy in the world ?

Something is badly wrong in this country and Mrs May is powerless to address any of it as the powers that be won't allow her, she knows " The economy does not work for everyone " when in fact it works for very few.

If you were to google ‘Fallon’, ‘drunk’ and ‘Russian’, you might learn about some behaviour somewhat unbecoming of a Minister of Defence. No writs were forthcoming.

Like last time, I’m sure he’ll just disappear now.

You have Herr Tubthumper the daft socialist who bizarrely has centre right Merkel as his political wet nurse, then our very own vegster who hasn't stopped whinging since the morning June 24th 2016 can you imagine spending even one minute in this guy's company and The Clamp who isn't even totally accepted by the other nerdy members that's how totally odd he is.

reading Michael Fabricant piece in the Guardian we appear to now have four categories of claim on "the list": sexual harassment, flirtatious behavior, consensual relations and simple fabrications. whoever compiled this list seems to have wanted to pad it out.

Here he is, had you down for the first nerdy member to reply, expected a bit more if I am honest.

Did you? Sorry to add to the disappointment in your life.
As far as I can tell, to qualify as a nerd in your opinion, one needs to meet the following criteria:

Ability to spell.
Not be a racist.

Given how it panned out for the likes of Aitken & Archer when they went down that route, maybe he thought better of it. Keep his head below the parapet. Well, until yesterday anyway....
