Signed, but the question I need to ask is why rent the flat above the stage in the first place. Surely it would have been better suited as an office!!!

How weird is that. I lived in Rose Hill Terrace when I was in my early 20s and used to go to the Mitre round the corner. I must have walked past the Rose Hill Tavern to get there, but don't remember it at all!

I read somewhere that the disgruntled tenant was all a ruse by the owners. My memory's a little hazy on this as I wasn't paying much attention when I read it so can't confirm.

Surely having squatters in a pub would fit in with Brewdog anti-establisment ethos?
Their new Brighton bar opens August according to their website. It is the Blind Tiger.
