True. But as with most stadium projects, you can probably double that for the actual cost. Still not too much when you consider what a state it's in but it makes you wonder about Selhurst....

The main thing is what sort of atmosphere the stadium can generate. If they can recreate Dortmund's yellow wall then that would give them an advantage.

If I was running Arsenal, I'd definitely be planning to find room for an extra 1050 seats somehow, install them secretly and announce it half an hour before their stadium opens.
