These boys have been around The Forum (TW) for a few years now, this is their latest outfit. They're good mates with Slaves and I guess that shows a little. Guitarist Alex does support the Albion and has attended games with me many times....

I can definitely hear the Slaves influence! It seems there's a mainstream market for this kind of sound now where there wasn't previously - I like the bass and guitar doubling up on each other to give that kind of punky/rockabilly feel, good tension to it. Good luck to them.

That used to be my walking to work album on the walkman.

We're going to see them at Concorde2 in August then it's farewell George, at least in it's entirety.

Enjoy!

Was a great night. Half an hour of songs from a number of albums followed by GB and then Kennedy to finish with. Will be there in August too- let's hope fixtures give us a free Friday/Saturday.

Hi all,

Haven't been on here for a while, but hope you'll excuse the shameless publicity...

Beth Arzy (Trembling Blue Stars / The Luxembourg Signal) and I have formed a new band, called Jetstream Pony - named after my missus' retired greyhound (also called Jenna).

We did some demos last year, and are really excited that our debut 7" vinyl single is coming out on the fantastic Kleine Untergrund Schallplatten of Augsburg in August.

We've also put a band together, and are playing our first gig supporting the excellent Chorusgirl at the Rialto on Thursday 20th July.

Here's Chorusgirl, (I love this song...)

And here's a demo of us... hopefully up the street of a few on this post!

Hope you like it! (and I've not even mentioned GB...)

What even Bright Yellow, Bright Orange?

How about doing the solo ones next?

Which pub - sounds worth a visit!
Coopers Cask. I normally work Saturday afternoons and it's very convenient for the #25 bus
