My dad's favourite, whenever I said my head/throat/leg/whatever hurts...
"Hmmm... does your face hurt as well?"
"No, why?"
"Cos it's killing me!"
Also stuff like "Dad, who is Mick Jagger?"
"Well, you know The Beatles?"
"Yes...?"
"He wasn't in them"
