The OP's prediction, which looks like it'll be spot on (well played Sir), was probably favourite in odds terms - such is the quality (or lack of) of this England team. Poor show all round really.

It was Estonia. They had ten players for nearly half the match.
Three points should have been a given. It would be nice to see a performance.
