Let's try to keep them all in one place.

If you spot predictions on our finishing position, please post them and I'll update this post with them all.

Snippet: "Overall, however, Brighton look equipped to survive if they adopt the right mindset. Consolidation is the aim, with Bournemouth’s cosy mid-table life something to aspire to. Anything more will be a happy bonus.

The mood feels calm and under control, which is just how Hughton likes it."

Predicted Position: 14th

Snippet: "With the exception of Cardiff, there are no outstanding candidates for the drop and it would be no surprise to see a couple of the more established Premier League sides relegated once again. As Stoke, Swansea and West Brom painfully discovered, years of intelligent club and team building can be destroyed by a single summer of intransigence and misguided investment in the transfer market. He who dares wins, and the likes of Brighton, Huddersfield, Fulham and Wolves are certainly daring."

Predicted Finish
Compared to last season, Brighton’s squad is both more talented and deeper. Therefore, they are less likely to face the drop this time around.

While fans should be confident ahead of the new Premier League season, they should also temper their expectations. The additions of Andone, left-back Bernardo and centre-back Leon Balogun add quality in vital areas. However, the squad will still have to rely on the whole being greater than the sum of their parts.

Expect a marginal gain on the 40 points from last season, and therefore another year of top-flight football from the Seagulls.

Predicted Finish: 13th

And this appears to be from before signing Bissouma and Jahanbakhsh.

Ignore the Burnley typo in link :nono:

"This season, I believe they will be on par with their performance levels of last season, and it will once again, be enough to achieve Premier League survival. Brighton have made a fair few signings going in to the upcoming season, demonstrating that they mean business."

Prediction: 17th!
Yes, a bit more - how shall we put it politely? - random than most selections. West Ham storming into Europe, ffs!

I have been informed that Four Four Two has us down in 18th. :(

They said we'd be relegated the season we finished third behind Middlesbrough on goal difference. So not the most reliable at predictions.

Bonkers. Although all pre-season predictions are bonkers really until the transfer window has closed.

Agreed. Palace at 11th looks very different with no Zaha but thats the curse of early production deadlines.
Four Four Two have a mixed record anyway when it comes to their predictions. In 2015/16 they had us at 23rd, when we finished 3rd.
Albion at 18th isn't that bonkers though is it ?
