My old district manager used this term in banking -- ****ing banking being holistic. It was just wrong and to make it more cringeworthy he was a gun loving, hunting, Republican from West Virginia.
People who say "in and of itself" instead of just "in itself". I'm sure it doesn't actually make any sense and is just used by people trying to give what they're saying some intellectual gravitas. It actually bothers me quite a bit and I've wasted too much time actually trying to figure out what the "of itself" bit actually means. If anyone can explain I'd appreciate it because it's really bugging me.

The seagulls may sign one or two one season players to help us survive and give time for us to develope into a premership side as I believe we have to be realistic we need to survive a couple of seasons don't expect to be able to do a Liecester city.
Also we need to keep the team spirit going which could be harder when you may lose a lot more games than we have been used to.The fans attitude will be very important we are all in it together
