Wikipedia gives me a fair few which is odd as my surname isn't THAT common. Nearly all footballers - Irish international, Scottish B international, Welsh international, long serving Scottish league manager. Also an English snooker player who I've never heard of.

There used to be a Brazilian goalkeeper with the surname Crodonilson but other than that I have yet to meet any other Crodonilsons anywhere in life.

Yes of course. Isn't it great seeing your own surname up on the screen and worded by the commentators, only experienced it once just this week, seemed very weird.
