On-loan Sporting Lisbon winger Joel Campbell has confirmed he will return to Arsenal this summer as the Portuguese club do not have an option to buy.
The Costa Rica international joined Sporting on a season-long loan last summer after Arsene Wenger placed his faith in the likes of Theo Walcott
The 24-year-old had enjoyed a good season for the Gunners during the 2015/16 campaign but Wenger felt he needed regular first team football.
Sporting are keen to keep Campbell but the winger’s confirmed the Portuguese giants do not have a purchase option and he will return to the Emirates this summer.

I'd love it if he signed for the Albion, mostly for the fact that I live in Costa Rica and it would mean the locals would start to follow the Albion and walk around in blue and white stripes!

Judging on past experience I'd say less than 1% !
Rapid, tricky, unfulfilled promise and 24.
Potentially much like Knockaert was when we nabbed him from Standard Liege.
Ticks the right boxes for me if the price was right.
IF he performs excellent re-sale prospects and would back CH to get the best out of him in that supporting striker role.
