Otamendi is a total liability. Gifts Huddersfield a dangerous set piece which, with the big units they have up front, is always a danger.

Excellent.

I hope Sky show the final total of successful passes in that half

He was lucky not to pick up two yellows during the game and just stupid to get sent off at the end. Good result, they get 0 points and a suspension. Happy with that

And that's that.

We still lie 9th with a 6 point (plus GD) buffer over the dropzone, and top of a group of 7 clubs separated by a mere 3 points.

Tuesday night is big, isn't it?

Man City ripped Hudd apart, and finally got their reward. Unlike other sports such as Rugby, football so often doesn't give the spoils to the team who bossed the game and attacked. Not today.

The only downside, not good news for Mourinho.

Why?

Straight red, so misses Brighton game?

It's the sort of one- if it was for the face grab and not anything else like foul & abusive language- that they might appeal. Though the FA will almost certainly back the referee up as he saw the incident and deemed it worthy of red at the time.

I'm surprised he's being picked for them in the PL to be honest. I thought he'd be one of those who'd get binned off as soon as they got promoted.

Sky Sports have it listed as violent conduct straight red
