no need to be obessive to have an interest in international affairs. Corbyn and friends have been very keen on the example set by Chavez and now Maduro in running a socialist country, thats pretty much what they have planned for us should they win an election.

He still sounds nicer and more normal than Rees-Mogg and the odious little right wing, inadequate oddities that follow him.

well inflation is running at 13000% and they have recently launched their second new currency this year to attempt to control the economy. so much for the fight against neoliberal economics.

We could probably help them out with some pointers on homeless shelters and food banks, we are getting quite good with those recently.

I think there are probably people in Venezuela highlighting the cuts in welfare, health care and social services and the increase in homelessness and poverty in the 5th largest economy in the world and suggesting that the experiment with capitalism in the UK is not going too well either.

i doubt it, they are probably wondering where their food will come from or when the electricity supply will be stable, and why socialism has given them this "better way of doing things" (Corbyn 2013)

Corbyn, his cabinet, momentum, lakeys and lickspittles have no idea what damage they have done to his hopes of being prime minister.

Post 3305... those news stories are just misplaced commas or words then I guess.
There is nothing stopping you from criticizing the state of Israel. Just don't tar a whole race of people as being part of a conspiracy. It's pretty easy. I'm sure you don't do it but you are defending people who do.

Here's my post. No offence taken by me, I was just pointing out some inconvenient facts.

Lets go back through my post so you don't misunderstand and get offended. The Labour Party are struggling to sort an agreed form of words regarding policy on anti-Semitism. Currently there seems to be some Jewish people living here who are concerned and offended by this process. However, none of them have been subjected to the regular treatment of Palestinians who through no fault of their own have been told they are effectively stateless.

and here's your reply. You seem to have ignored the inconvenient facts and now seem to be arguing that the suffering of Palestinian people means that the racism towards all Jews I pointed out in post 3305 is somehow justified by the behaviour of a minority of Jewish people in the state of Israel. You are on very shaky moral ground hence your defensiveness and hostility. It's a real shame that your attitude seems to be replicated extensively in the Labour Party which is the reason people such as yourself are going to deliver another 5 years of Tory Government.

. They may even have noticed that the newly elected Prime Minister of the UK said she wanted " An economy that works for everyone ". She may be hopeless when it comes to achieving that however since big business has reminded her of who is really in charge.

I can't imagine how comforting it would be for a starving Venezuelan to discover that there are food banks in the UK .
