Have you studied history?
Do you actually have a clue what goes on under the guise of the EU? You talk of progress. What progress? Do you realise we are controlled by a round table of European industrialists and financiers, an oligarchy of the super rich. The Germans planned for a Fourth Reich at the end of the War. Economic domination of Europe. They succeeded. For years their banks were buying industrial stock in countries they subsequently invaded and they continued to do this post-war. In 1973, the UK was the dominant force in heavy industry in Europe. Its all gone now. As it has also been dismantled in other European countries. The Germans created their own industrial cartel. All companies within the cartel benefitted from new business. They wanted their cartel to operate throughout Europe, with no boundaries, hence the push to create the Common Market. They wanted an economic and financial empire and they wanted their banks to buy up stock everywhere, which would eventually suck other countries dry.
The Nazi's acquired huge wealth when in power and with the help of the Swiss, hid a lot of it in that spineless country and distributed the rest of it all around the globe. This wealth helped Germany rebuild far quicker than they would normally and established trading links abroad. They are now untouchable and control European affairs from top to bottom. The politicians are way down the food chain, puppets of the system. The German banks are powerful enough to destroy other countries, as they did with Greece. The Germans wanted control of European heavy industry and they cleverly bought enough stock to ensure it happened.
In this country, we were led to believe that we were joining a common trading market. Economic co-operation. Tariff free trading looked attractive. Some of the knowing ones saw the signs. They could see the agenda ahead but we ploughed on and as our industry dwindled away, we poured more and more money into an organisation that morphed into something that no-one voted for, a European superstate, with Germany at its head.
A lot of people who voted Leave, did so because they saw over the years a change in the status of this country. A loss of sovereignty and a loss of control. They have seen our industrial wealth melt away and they have seen the rise of the super rich oligarchy, pulling the strings, whilst we all dance to their tune. They suspect the EU will eventually crash and burn and history suggests that it will happen. They are fed up being controlled by banks and seeing proud countries like Greece, discarded like a irritant and thrown to the dogs.
There is nothing progressive about the EU. It specialises in restrictive practice. It is corrupt and protective. It benefits certain members to the detriment of others. New countries will be encouraged to join and will then be exploited. It is too large and too unwieldy. Its an expensive bureaucratic gravy train, loved by thousands of non-wealth generating politicians and civil servants, who cannot believe their luck at feasting at this table of largesse, that all the rest of us pay for.
Many have bought into the European dream and are not interested in this country standing alone. They feel we need a protective arm around us and as long as we keep pumping bucketloads of money into other peoples pockets we will be safe and looked after and can all share common interests. The problem is, there hasn't been a common interest for a long time now and there never will be. It is a failed project, that has hugely benefitted a few and hugely damaged many.

What’s your position on the moon landings? :lolol:

Mental note to self: give Mo a wide berth.

It can be difficult to understand I know, but a basis of debate is that someone says something and another person asks them to substantiate it, or raises a point of their own. That's how it works. There is nothing wrong with your approach but it isn't debating. It's normally known as 'Shouting'.

You seem to be confused. PPF's intervention, now supported by you, followed a question from a Remainer to a Leaver, not the other way round. However, if you can direct me towards a sensible question ever asked by PPF, I will do my best to answer it.

I thought I had all of you dribbling spacktards on ignore by now but there's one here that seems to have slipped the net. Thank you for allowing me to correct the situation.

Ah, and here comes an abusive name-caller, pitching in with a bit of mindless vitriol against those in favour of leaving the EU. The remain campaign needed people like you back in the day, sir - why, if you'd been out there, using your eloquence and rhetoric to win people over to the remain cause............

.........leave would have won by a much bigger margin!

We know what we are leaving, could you tell us where we are going? At the moment all we have is a brochure with the hotels and resorts that aren't available and some of us need a bit more to embrace your project.

I would never put a mentally challenged soul like you on ignore! Hell no, I need people like you to remind me that I’m an intellectual! You don’t post nearly enough!

I don't know what would be funnier, having people think I'm not Nibble for over a year or people incorrectly thinking I am Nibble for over a year. I'll tell you one thing though, there's only three or four users that do it, they are all as thick as hippo shit, all Leave voters and all viewed on here as angry little attention seekers and all accuse me of being Nibble when they have run out of any possible argument. Welcome to their etseemed ranks, you'll fit right in. :bigwave:

So you read this somewhere did you ? Was it on the wall in the Daily Mail staffroom as a " Mission Statement " ? If this is genuinely your own work you are going to end up in the foil hat section before long.

You'll be lucky. He hasn't answered my questions about how cunning Germans have bought out Europe's heavy industry either.

All we've had is PPF saying Leavers don't need to reply to anything and Two Professors going arf-arf-arf.
