Of course we will. What happens when Italy, Spain, Portugal and Ireland hit problems, will we be allowed to avoid all bailouts. No.

Last time they all hit snags we lent 6.5bn euros via the EU, 3 bn for Ireland, in November 2010, and 3.5 bn for Portugal in May 2011, both debts have now been re-paid. We have not provided a contribution for any other bailout through the EU in the Eurozone

Blimey. If 2010 worldwide recession wasn't 'the shit' how bad is it going to get?
We will not pay for any future bailout in the Eurozone, this has been agreed by all EU leaders and re-inforced by them in Febuary this year.
We will also be compensated if the general EU budget is used to cover Eurozone costs

If Spain, Italy, Ireland and Portugal all default, and the Euro fails, I suggest it's going to get quite bad.

That's so naive. If they need the money, which I'm sure they will, we'll eventually have to pay one way or another. We don't run the show, we will be told how much we benefit from being in the EU and if we want the EU to be a success we will have to pay towards it.

<mod edit> saying how you have actually voted in the real thing turns this thread into an exit poll, which is illegal until after polls close tomorrow night.

We are allowed to state how we have voted, or intend to vote. We are not allowed to do a poll that might be construed as representative.

According to the commission, “A voter may volunteer information about how they voted, provided no undue influence is exerted on them to do so.”

The majority of immigration is from outside of the EU. Plus of the population only 0.5% is immigration of which 98% pay taxes. Immigrants take LESS of out the system than they put in.

Today we found out that the EU is opening new membership talks with Turkey on 30 June. Just 7 days after the referendum! Read the full story here.http://www.voteleavetakecontrol.org..._medium=email&utm_campaign=turkey_talks_2&n=2
It’s depressing but not surprising. We get lie after lie from the IN campaign whose only argument is Project Fear.
Make sure that everyone you know is aware of what is really happening. SHARE with all your friends and family.

Turkey have been in talks to join the EU for years and years and out of 35 hoops they have to jump to get in they have successfully jumped one..ONE. and even if by some miracle they jump all 35 we can VETO them joining by being PART of the EU. Turkey are NOT joining.

----------------------

All you have to do is look at the list of people who back leave and who backs remain. Seeing a line up of hate mongering bile like Trump, Katie Hopkins, The BNP, Boris Johnson.. surely it's a no brainer. How about believe in the experts who vote remain like the head of the bank of england and the 100s of other professionals.

I cannot believe the shit brexiters spout, no facts, just sound bites 'take control of our boarders' to entice the simple in... Jesus this country has a lot more simpletons than i thought.

remain will win 55%-60% will be even higher by ratio of voters too

Well then, the commission (which commission??) has a different understanding of the law than the legislation would appear to have:

The Representation of the People Act 2002 inserted a section 66A into the initial 1983 of the same name and this read as follows. It is a criminal offence ‘to publish, before a poll is closed, any statement about the way in which voters have voted in that election, where this statement is, or might reasonably be taken to be, based on information given by voters after they voted.’

I'm not really fussed either way. We'll get on with things as part of EU or with a modicum of independence.

Just off to vote.
