It was a cruise for the Hawks and the win margin should have been a lot bigger.. They are a quality side who would give any league 1 or 2 side a good game.
With the wages they are paying for their players its not surprising that players who would be playing in Div 1 or 2 are playing for them .
Agent / Manager Steve King using his contacts with his mates and should go up with their budget
Some clubs in their league aren't even in the same ballpark.
Need to get through to round 3 just to cover Kings wages
Will laugh if they get a big team at their so called stadium on that tip

Any educated guess as to what their wage bill is, and roughly how big their losses are ?

BBC 2 7pm Monday.

Excellent. Will tune in.

I know ties now can't be switched between home and away if it's a giant vs a minnow on some roped off field, but would it be possible for a big game ( ie Portsmouth ) to be switched from the Whitehawk ground to the AMEX ( if bhafc agreed ) ? ???

Hawks really need a game at the amex, albion loosing millions with 25k+ not really going to cash in with 5000 at the amex:facepalm:

Thanks for the sarky facepalm. Tool.

By the way, where is your poll for you leaving NSC, which you promised when you were begging for votes to get the cup final tickets ? ???

Was the Whitehawk win contentious?

The Poole Town manager was quoted in our local paper today, demanding sanctions - sporting and financial - against the referee, for costing them the game!

Nice to see local sides being successful. Whitehawk are indeed a club whose prowess exceeds their pretty dire club facilities. Not a chance of using the Amex though. The cost of just opening, staffing and security etc would by a distance exceed the match revenue. I'll await the draw this evening with interest.

It would be fantastic to see them pull a top DIv 1 side at home. I would go and watch it but the Albion are at home to MK Dons.

If Whitehawk were to draw a top L1 side, at the Enclosed Ground, it would 100% be chosen for TV, and thus would NOT be at the same time as the Albion game.

BBC will have 8 games moved to 2pm Sunday,so they can have a Sky style rolling service showing the goals as they did last season.
