Good luck to him, but having played at Rochdale, Crawley and Carlisle, I think this tells us all we need to know about 'top level' Scottish football.

Dwelt on the ball too long and lacked a burst of genuine pace.
A good footballer but wouldnt get close to a place in any side in the Championship.

Lacked any pace let alone genuine or burst there of.

Superb technique, but slow.

The absolute perfect player for a Gus Poyet team, enjoying masses of possession in league One. I bet Poyet could not believe his luck when arrived, took stock of the existing squad, and found Dicker there.

Absolute quality in that side, dictating the play, with Bennett and co to do the running bit.

Having an absolute blast in the SPL by all accounts, dominated the game against Celtic recently in a famous vbictory for Killie and some Championship and PL clubs looking at him for a swoop in January.
