Why does the result of the first vote necessarily mean that we have to leave?

I assume if there is a second vote and it comes out as remain you'll be happy to consider that we don't necessarily have to remain ?

That's what breach of the GFA would make us, not to mention his proposed refusal to pay the divorce bill. Britain would be in the dock and would lose any remaining credibility in Europe

Still less Latvians, it will be worth it

Currently there is no legal obligation on us to pay the divorce bill.

I think it was brought up yesterday in Parliament, they either vote to accept the deal on the table or we go to a 'No Deal' scenario come March.
Well that's 2 of the options. Haven't Parliament already said that we won't go to 'No Deal' without a vote or something? So if the vote isn't accepted, then it's possible we will have a GE or referendum.
