Well, for right or wrong there will be less tolerance toward the more questionable aspects of Islam and I for one welcome their bullshit ideals and crackpot, murderous religion being held up to closer scrutiny.

The question you posed had nothing to do with the point being made. The poster wasn't suggesting we smash up jewish places of business, he was drawing parallels between some of the attitudes being expressed on here and history.
I was insanely hungover this morning and posted in anger. I retract my bulldoze statement but stand by the principal that we must acknowledge we are now at war with a section of the Islamic community.

I agree. The problem is clearly Islam and we do need to ask serious questions about it and all those who follow it but let's remember we live in a free society where people have the right to express views that we find abhorrent. I find much of Islam goes against Western liberal values and it seriously needs a reformation but bulldozing mosques isn't the answer.
We need to do away with the idea that we can't insult Muhammed and we can't insult Islam. It's just a belief system, people should be allowed to hate it but likewise people should also be allowed to follow it. Just make sure that the values that we hold dear are the ones that have absolute precedence over any religious beliefs and these are the ones we promote and protect.

Nope, still in the dark. Why would we smash up places of faiths that are not directly afflicting the British public? Perhaps there was a varying degree of sarcasm in the post, I don't know, but that doesn't make my question null and void, unlike your answer. People have a right to be angered by the recent events in Manchester and London (x2) because it really is a case of enough is enough. If other faiths and races can integrate into the British way of life with relative ease, why can the muslim faith not? The British people, as a rule, are a very tolerant bunch, but this is now going way too far for us to sit back and take it. However, it doesn't mean once we get rid of the muslim cancer on our society that we'll turn on someone else because we have no-one left to hate.
