Don't shoot the messenger. I asked some Chinese people and that's what they said. I was unable to verify in a Chinese book of medicine as my Cantonese and Mandarin is very limited except for the odd swear world.

Coffee for me, and plenty of it. Although when in Costa/Starbucks etc I have a Mocha with an extra shot. Lovely.

Mostly fruit teas at work because that gets me out of the arguments about whose turn it is to pay for the milk, and which thieving b*****r not in the tea club has stolen most of it (see Bellend at Work thread ad nausiam).
