If you want to make yourself feel really uncomfortable with how far we have come with technology watch the movie Snowden.

George Orwell was right except we are willingly giving the information away to be controlled and watched over.

I never thought of myself as one of the paranoid tin foil hat brigade but when we got our Alexa a couple of years ago we sent it back after 10 days - too many adverts were popping up after various discussion in the house.
