So, no rain or snow for your actual Manchester and only rain right on the Sussex coast. The answer is a flight from Manchester to Shoreham airport.

The difference in weather patterns for Manchester City Center and Manchester Airport are hugee, it's likely to be rain in the city and snow at the airport given how far the airport is away.
