I have a bobble hat and keeps me warm. I always wear a scarf and swing it around but only get to do that at the start of home games, if I did people would moan.
More than 5% of fans having a scarf would help too.

I think I saw something like it but with Santa hats recently, loads wore them to a game then swung them around their heads as one, looked quite good.
