The first rule of To/Too/Two Club is: You do not talk about To/Too/Two Club. The second rule of To/Too/Two Club is: You do not talk about To/Too/Two Club. Third rule of To/Too/Two Club: Someone yells stop, goes limp, taps out, the fight is over. Fourth rule: only To/Too/Two guys to a fight.

What has this to do with the punctuation Police?

Can I suggest you seek assistance from an elocution expert, or the grammar Police for the written form of to, too and two.

That's triggered a childhood memory of a rhyme my mum used to sing when I was a kid

One one was a racehorse
Tutu was one too
Tutu won a horserace
One one won one too

Makes me smile to this day!

This. As far as I can tell this is the only difference between the three. They’re homophones. The whole point is that they sound the same.

Think the way in which 'too' is stressed can be slightly different to 'to' ?

'I'll be watching the match'

'Yes, I'm going too'

vs

'You'd better leave now'

'Yes, I'm going to'

The dancer came into the studio. My daughter wanted to dance in the recital too. So the two dancers went to their dressing rooms and put on their tutus.

Each emphasized word is pronounced the same way.

Mmmm not by me.

Went t'dance in the recital too

Only a robot or someobe with a brain injury would pronounce it 'too' dance.
