For the exact reason severnside gull gives. He offers nothing new to the side, we need someone quick who's better with the ball at their feet.

Vydra would have fitted the bill and was the same price as Pritchard.

I'm AMAZED at the number of posters on here who are still hankering after Ulloa. If we hadn't of brought in Murray then sure, but adding Ulloa to Murray and Hemed would make zero sense. We'd have the slowest strikeforce in the division.

Perhaps that would lull the opposition into a false sense of security??

You know how much we love an ex-player. Wait 'til Stephens gets dropped for the first time by his new employers.......'Bring him back Tony, could do a job'.

Not going to happen but people don't think Murray and Ulloa up front wouldn't tear up this division?

A combination of them two off the supply of Knockeart, March, Murphy and Skalak.

Wow.

I think we should go to Burnley with a derisory offer for Barnes

Absolutely ridiculous rejecting Ulloa on the basis he has no pace.

He's much better than any of our current strikers. A good finisher and strong in the air. Imagine being a pair of centre backs and having to mark Ulloa and Murray/Hemed together. With the players we have down the wings and their crossing ability we'd be very strong going forward.

Pace is helpful, but isn't everything. Would be very hard to stop us once we get men in the box. Ulloa would be one of the best strikers in the divison, something we don't currently have.
