Because they sold subscriptions to Seagulls TV stating that ALL friendlies were going to be on Seagulls TV which is not true.and presumably they knew so

I've not bothered to check, but I would imagine it said 'All away pre-season friendlies will be live on Seagulls TV'.
Could be wrong.

Both Andone and Locadia haven't had a full pre-season, it's a worry because might take a couple of months to get them up to speed. A bad start could set the tone for a very difficult season.
