You can't have lived very long - I expect that half the pubs in Brighton and Hove have been renamed at least once in their histories.
Surely your pub will be full of "members".
Make it a nice gastropub so it's somewhere that you would take your missus on a regular basis.

Well, yes. Obviously pubs do it but I was wondering if it's as easy as just naming a business or are some pub names protected?
