they're determined not to open the top tiers aren't they - it'll get to such short notice they won't be able to get any staff to work

It wouldn't surprise me if they don't open up either upper tier, solely because it would imply that Barber misjudged things.

Looking to take someone new who has just moved here but had really wanted an upper tier but worried now we will miss out altogether.

Missed buying early doors due to indecision.

To hold the nerve or just go panic buy four in wherever I can get them together.
