Hulk hogan wasn't 'hollywood' until he moved to wcw, after wwf's golden age. Hulk hogan was my favorite in the golden age, but when he moved it was jake the snake. Attitude era stone cold hands down, but after his 'injury' when he semi retired it was triple H. Mick foley gets special mention! Lost interest with it all when wwf bought wcw and all this raw smackdown drafting ninsense went on and there were 2 different titles for the same thing. Although this was the same sort of time i started having sex so that may have had something to do with my loss of interest in wrestling ;)

Does anyone remember a wrestler call "King Kendo" ?

Real character and played in the same cricket team with me - put on a bit of an impromptu show with a couple of volunteers [aka victims] after one game - no one was saying it was all put on after that - even "playing" with his apponenent caused massive pain and discomfort - circa mid 90s - aka Marc Taylor

Bret Hart had the personality of a slug. Technically brilliant though.

Mr Perfect and Macho Man were the only 2 to be the complete packages(Michaels at that stage wasn't at his peak).

I consider there to be two "golden" eras. The one you refer to, and the attitude era (Stone Cold, The Rock, DX, Mankind, Kane, Undertaker).

The Ministry of Darkness
The Corporation
Kurt Angle
'The Worlds Most Dangerous Man' Ken Shamrock
Nation of Domination
Vince McMahon (a bloody BILLIONAIRE) taking to the ring
Chris Jericho
The Hardy's
Dudley Boyz

excellent stuff
