DUP said they'll vote with the government for the no confidence vote, not surprising. Probably another billion on its way to Belfast tonight
That was obvious.... May will win confidence vote, any Plan B will be rejected as usual, onus back on EU o iffer sone flex or a No Deal arrives on 29th March... GE spring 2020, Corbyn loses, Raab or one of the Tory women take to number 10.

One thing I would love to know, and off course never will, is how may of those 432 MPs would have voted against this even if it was the most amazing deal anyone has ever seen (which obviously it wasn't).

In other words how many MPs are remain, and will vote against anything on offer because they want nothing more than to keep the UK in the EU??

Is the MP fighting a battle she can never win (and I am not a fan of how she has conducted herself, and believe she should have resigned tonight) and could anyone from any party ever win this vote?

Of course they will, as will every nose trougher in the Tory party. They won't be defeated on no confidence, day wasted, Corbyn playing party politics when we need to sort out the EU. F*cking childish shit we don't need

Did you listen to Mays speech just prior to the vote?

A good couple of minutes giving Corbyn a kicking, rather than trying to sell her deal. They all play party politics, if they didn’t, this whole cluster**** would have been a cross party effort from the word go.

Can't disagree that it should have been cross party. As for the Corbyn attack, his whole speech was an attack, she did speak for about 20 mins before her 2 min attack.

After the scale of that vote how can you have confidence, her authority has collapsed.
Obviously I know why they will vote for her but it is another prime example of the selfishness of politics, in it for themselves rather than do the right thing.

Not really a surprise with the DUP. They love holding the balance of power.

If the Govt is toppled and we have a General Election, the DUP will go back to being an irrelevance.

Agree with everyone who think May & Corbyn need to stand down.

Party politics need to be put aside and should look to a centralist group from Green, Lib Dem, leftwing Tory and Rightwing Labour to stop the nonsense happening.
