Need City to win. Don’t want them under pressure to end the season with a rousing victory on Wednesday.

I’d rather Huddersfield stick 2 fingers up to the pundits. We were both predicted to go down by every paper and tv news crew. If we both stay up, that’s magnificent.

Terriers could still go down if Southampton beat Swansea and Swansea beat Stoke but I guess it’s 80% in their favour now

Betfair or any of the Exchange betting firms usually have it about right.

Betfair currently have:

West Brom 1.02 or approx. 50-1 on

Southampton 2.16 or approx 6/5 against

Swansea 2.52 or approx 6/4 against

Huddersfield 5.9 or approx 5-1 against

If Swansea beat Scummers on Tuesday then Scummers will have to beat City next weekend in order to catch Huddersfield. Assuming that Huddersfield get no more points from their last two games against Chelsea and Arsenal, which is doubtful (after all Arsenal must be on the beach).

So Tuesday's match seems pivotal. Stating the bleeding obvious, I know.
