A lot of double standards at play here.

Sure, Katie Price has had plenty of well-documented relationships in life, but does she actually deserve to be branded a slapper for it, or to have comments made about the condition of her, er, downstairs area as a result? I seem to recall the likes of Jennifer Aniston and Kylie have been linked with all sorts of people over the years, but nobody accuses Kylie of having a "minge like a ripped out fireplace", and certainly not Kate "three children by three different men" Winslet either. Nor do I generally see questions asked about any number of men who, anecdotally at least, get around more than the Beach Boys on a carousel. It's age-old sexism at work, or at least snobbery.

I can't say I'm in any way shape or form an admirer of Ms Price, and I tend to consciously ignore any sort of media coverage involving the likes of her, any of the cast of TOWIE etc and so on. I do also appreciate that her professional reputation at least is largely well-calculated on her part. But IF Duffy gets on with her (and let's face it: there may well be a real meeting of minds there...) and finds her attractive in whatever way: who are any of us to judge?

It was ever thus. Some boasting of their conquests, and nobody calling them slappers.

Good old misogyny.

I'm somewhat pleased with my  Edna.

I thought I too was straying back into 20th Century Stat, instead of the enlightened 21st Century Stat I would like to be.
Chances are I only got the recognition because I'm not as bad as the others, but hey, it's still a win!!

Are you saying their fake boobs....

Back in the 90s my cousin owned a prized porno mag featuring Jordan before all the ops which he hired out to the rest of us.
She looked so much better.

That's fair enough but while I have some sympathy for her she probably is a bit of a nightmare. When she has a break up, she deliberately gets it on with someone that would wind up the ex. Dwight Yorke targeted because Bowers hated Man U and the bonus he was black. The MMA fella as a tough guy after the wimp that was Pete Andre. It ain't gonna end well for Shane.

I hate to be the one that points this out but Katie Price has made a very good living out of "boasting about her conquests" if you have ever listened to her crapping on about her sex life in dozens of ghost written books, articles in women's magazines or appearing on daytime TV.

Are you intimating that its OK for her to do this...or is it sexist?

Sorry to *Pop* your little bubble. And Edna...as one of the few women who post on NSC, and one that I secretly admire may I say, who do you think buys ll of her drivel? I don't see queues of blokes waiting to get her "books" signed.

For the record, when I was friendly with her she was a lovely kid. A bit mixed up but very smart and very funny. She loved sex, so do most young people and she wasn't afraid who knew it.

I've absolutely no problem with how many men she or any other woman has had sex with.

I actually got into an ill advised Twitter spat with Leon "he's a ****" Knight about the subject when the hatstand dwarf gimp was being even more misogynistic than usual a few years ago.

My problem with Katie is that her entire life is a game, set up to cause as much carnage as possible so that she can sell every aspect of it. Well, that and the fact that she used to be a really nice looking woman and now looks like a cheap Vegas hooker who has to do the stuff the younger girls won't after too many years on the crystal meth.

That's a hilarious tweet, you have to say it in a very thick Irish accent to appreciate it though.

Indeed. I also read the comment to his Tweet of "Be like throwing a cocktail sausage down O'Connell Street" in a very thick Irish accent to accentuate the comedy value of that too.

Lovely Kylie has a minge like a mouse's earhole - and that's a fact.

And it smells like a summers day I imagine. Even after celebrity ******* death Michael Hutchence had a crack at it.

Considering his usual strike ratio, it must have taken him at least 100 headed efforts to put the ball in her goal.
