I can see the advantage in foregoing a defender & only playing three across the back line when we have to go on all out attack.

However, we do need a target man, and Wilson it will have to be. One from either Skalak, Murphy or LuaLua will have to be relegated to the bench.

KLL on the bench then. Or really go for it and drop Rosenior and play Skalak on the right

Scraping the barrel with the subs, but I think the first 11 is good enough to win on paper. But are we all mentally and physically shot?

Crofts? Surely he would have been in today's bench if he always available. Team is awfully weak hopefully hemed is at least available.

We're doomed!

Stockdale

Bruno
Dunk
Greer
Rosenior

Murphy
Kayal
Towell
Skalak

Baldock
Wilson

Subs. Maenpaa, Calde, Bong, Crofts, KLL, Elvis, O'Grady(?) or Holla

O'Grady, now that would be a story wouldn't it. Imagine him coming on, playing a blinder and eventually scoring the winning goal at Wembley

Big test of Highton's tactical plan b/c. We've played with hemed or Bobby as target man all season, now we have 3 days to come up with an alternative. Side also desperately needs some fresh legs. I'd go with the below, with skalak as a "false 9":

Stockers
Bruno - dunk - Greer- bong
Kayal - rosenior
Towell
Murphy - skalak. - Lua Lua

Stockdale looks like he would be a pretty adequate outfield player, Manepää's time to shine?

Would he? why risk bringing in a reportedly disheartened player into a settled squad unbeaten in 14 matches before today? Crofts hasn't been involved for a while. Not to mention Towell is a more than adequate replacement in the centre of midfield in situations like today, just worrying that we are going to have to bring in a CM onto the bench that hasn't been in the Albion swing of things for the best part of this year...Crofts, Ince or JFC.
Danny Holla still knocking about anywhere out of interest?
