Both ok but yeast extract is where it’s at! Sainsbury’s or Tesco version both good. Less salty than marmite.

Perhaps you have answered why I don't like marmite, its too salty. That finally makes sense to me.

Twiglets are less salty and it seems that, unlike [MENTION=1557]maffew[/MENTION] I don't mind the cardboard flavour.
