There was a mass evacuation of fans in blue and white on 85 minutes - from the east side of the South Stand.

Any more bright ideas?

People seem fixated with the fact that some leave early. Get a life and live with it.

Do you have any figures to show how many kids actually go home on the train and whether there is even enough to fill a carriage, let alone a whole train.

There are always problems when they lay on a special train for the opposition. I think they should stop running them.

It's not the sinking of the bloody titanic!

Ridiculous suggestion.

Re: Evening games I travel to Lewes by train. Across the bridge and then onto the slipway there are two lanes, one is used for the lame and for escorted kids, so its already in place, the other for everyone else.
It works, well almost, as the lame lane should include those travelling to Victoria as the last train is 2240 and that is easy to miss.

There doesn't need to be a problem. These trains stop at Lewes so can easily accomodate more passengers than for example the one last night. It's all about organisation and sad to say there does not appear to be a senior steward involved to instruct, so it ends up chaotic and frustrating for fans.

The wrist bands could be checked at the stadium exits so adult only groups would remain in the stadium for 30 minutes after kick off?

If you're happy to keep people in the stadium, how about making EVERYONE stay until 90 minutes?

Worthing
:whistle:I think the earlier you have to get up for work, the higher priority you should have on the train, oaps, parents who stay home and look after kids, people on the sick, or on the dole, should all have to wait on the platform until all the employed passengers have left

I pay enough tax for the little shits to be in bed at that time of night not clogging public transport up so I can't get home at a Reasonable hour to pay more money into the economy to subsidise their education...which most squander because they're "liking" the latest social media comment at 3am because their parents are too wet to instal discipline at home.

So it's a yes from me...! ;) After you Master Fontelroy, please do take my seat and rest your weary young legs whilst I prop myself up with my rotten walking stick. No, please...

I'd suggest:

Priority for anyone who already has a rail ticket since they've paid for the trip twice. Except Beach Hut.
1901ers only in 1st class.
Away fans on the roof.
Fatties to the back. Anyone over 16 stone to be put on the last train then there will be twice as much room on the others for everyone else.
Three farts and you're out. Even if it's moving.
A special Pullman for the GDC replete with blue cheese, port and the Laird's own personal supply of finest Resl Ales.

Let's do this thing.
