Apparently he now wants to buy an NHL (ice hockey) team in the USA. Fill it with Russian players and win the Stanley Cup.

Obviously Chelsea isn't a big enough challenge for him

perhaps he'll go one better and buy the whole of eastern europe and fill it with russian soldiers and restart the cold war?
