Does anyone have a copy of the Bleep Test on MP3 or something similar. I want to use it for my football team's pre-season training.

Seems a bit of an overkill to pay £6 of £7 to buy a CD which just beeps at you every now and then.

Can anyone recommend a website to download it ?

Superb, just what i was after. Much appreciated.

In answer to your query Bry Nylon I am not sure. We have never done the official test. I think somewhere between level 8 and 12 is what we will probably be aiming for.
