Can only happen if Middlesbrough and albion fail to play out a stitch up draw on the last day.

Of interest on that chart is the fact that we haven't lost away from home to any of the top 6, augurs well for Boro if we need a draw.

I spotted the fact that in the summing up towards the end for the hypothetical play off game scenario they have us finishing on 93 points, this despite them forecasting a 1-0 defeat against Boro, which would leave us on only (!) 90 points.
