My thoughts exactly. He's an expert at that. He doesn't dive and winge at the ref like Zaha, he just makes defenders foul him.
He might make those tap-ins look simple - but slightly either side of where he put it, and it's off the defender or the keeper gets it. That's what makes him a top goalscorer.

He also makes attackers foul him when he's back defending corners. Noticed this clever play twice today.
He was always a great set piece defender, even when younger at Withdean. A natural at both ends of the pitch.

I love Glenn.
For a 34 year old striker to do what he is this season is truly admirable. It takes me back to his performance in that 1-1 draw against Charlton all those years ago at the Withdean. Probably the best 90 minutes I’ve seen from a Brighton player.

What makes it even sweeter is that Murray would thrive under Hodgson as manager. Clearly Glenn doesn't work well with managers with weapons grade egos but under a low-key manager that the players respect and trust, he will guarantee you goals.

Sky's 'Goals on Sunday' just analysed the Brighton game. William Gallas and Sylvain Distin were full of praise for Murray (Distin played with him at Bmuff and said he was surprised how good he was there).
