Can someone point me to the exact reason (according to The Book) for a sending off under these circumstances.
I can't believe that brushing your head against someone else is covered therein.
I understand that violent conduct is covered but that certainly wasn't violent conduct.
I do think that Van Aanholt is guilty of simulation and that instances like this should be reviewed and punished where necessary.
I'm not suggesting that Duffy wasn't mugged off and stupid but according to the laws of the game which law has he actually broken?

I think it was Jose Mourinho who over reacted a few months back for the first time. The media were all over it. Watch it develop.

Honestly, I imagined 60 minutes of parking the bus, they equalise via a dunk deflected tackle and zaha dives in the 90th and they convert the penalty.
Had we not scored from the corner and Murray stayed on I think it could have been a totally different game.

I didn’t see why Duffy was sent off so there was an air of injustice about it around us(although seeing the replay it was a justifiable red). I said to my lads it would be justice if Balogun came on and scored which given our recent record on crosses and corners was a good chance. Went mental when he scored!
Palace just couldn’t get going and that was because of the work Andone, Propper & Bissouma put in the central areas.

I said to Jnr, 'what a great goal, it means we can go home'.
He looked heartbroken.
We got to the 85th minute, before I eventually said 'come on, if we don't win I don't want to see it, and if we score we'll know what the goal will look like'.
Amazingly we weren't on the first bus out.

The chap behind me said very confidently, We'll score from the corner and hold on.
This all day long. Was saying it. We needed to keep the momentum we had and not let them back in. Genuinely thought we needed more goals before half time because it felt inevitable they would come into it/we would sit back (understandably) second half. So clinical from us. Superb.
