I have 3 tickets (for myself, son and Father). I think it is inevitable that the club will increase the cost, the level of the increase will be the thing that dictates whether we renew. I would imagine if we go up the price could increase considerably.
In terms of the food we voted with our feet very early on and now just have a pie in the lounge before the game.
Parking wise we started off in the Uni, wer moved to Bennetts Field and lst season asked to be moved back to the Uni, so no real impact.
Two more years to go. It will be very interesting to see how they price it.

Bought 2 again, but really relied on driving as I work Saturday mornings. I tried p&r which was impossible and then Coldean and then the UNI. Now I am shafted. I will try getting the train but I reckon I will miss a lot. If that's the case I will not renew again
I know a few fans who gave up last summer and this summer. Always to do with transport.
Some Saltdean / Rottingdean long term fans who were angry about the cessation of the brilliant R bus service last Summer.
And fans from other locations around the Brighton conurbation who preferred the short drive to the Goldstone or Withdean (yes, many 100's parked around Withdean ignoring the unenforceable blue signs). Citing the whole venture to each game now wipes out 4 hours and can involve 2 modes of transport, whereas at the previous stadiums it was just the one and the entire trip out was much shorter in duration.

I know a few who have cancelled tickets because they can't make all the games but will come now and again how many others are doing this. They should have introduce the ticket exghange even if the games are not sold out and maybe fans might of kept season tickets just thought.

I can understand when people have to miss too many games because of the transport but there do seem some other lame excuses. Out of interest, those in Lancing or Portslade, have you driven to Lewes and parked there and got the train in or what exactly is wrong with the Mill Road P & R apart from the queue after the game. Normally am home in Burgess Hill within an hour of final whistle and that's normally getting the second wave of buses.
As for exciting football, well we all want that but don't seem to remember too much of that during the 90s!
Going back to the Goldstone days, that used to take an age to get home when there were traffic lights at Patcham and Pyecombe!!!
Still, it did seem relatively cheaper in those days.

Should have had the super prime WSL seats, you'll find your life so much better with poor views but a massive £4 a week extra in your bank account. Poor call
18 of us all thru Gillingham & Withdean and 24 extra moved to join us at the Amex start

I Travel with the Mid Sussex independent Supporters Club we have a full 82 seater coach for every game with a waiting list. We make the whole day an experience with knowledgable fans a bit fun in the pub before we have a couple of beers in the ground a sweep stake on the coach for the first brighton goal unfortunately it rolled over to many times last year,we also welcome new fans and announce birthdays on the coach our Chairman gives a full report on the ref for the game. The main thing we have followed Brighton thru good and bad times but we are Brighton Fans. We are looking forward to the new season.we also run events during the year when the club often attends. Keep the faith

Really? I live in Portslade and although there have been some games where getting back by train was a pain, it's hardly bad enough for me to consider not renewing.. Can't be the sole reason...

Amazing world, I spoke with a 'newbie' WSL ST holder this week who asked me a few questions about times/parking/catering etc etc. Upon asking me where we will finish in my opinion, I replied possibly mid-table amidst a transitional period but hopefully better. I could hear the sigh over the phone, and thoughts of 'what have I done?'
I find this sort of thing amazing, and indeed his ridicule when I asked about attending both the cup game and B'ham.

Use Mill Road. We normally leave home at about 1 and are quite far up the P & R. Not sure how the closure of Bennetts field will affect that but will suck and see.

I agree with this but think the drop will goto about 18,000 as the new average
I don't really know why people are surprised, at 600 quid a go the investment in the team has to match the layout of the fans, match day revenue vs team investment must be a pretty poor statistic, people do want to go watch good players, they don't want to pay for the most expensive season tickets yet see one of the lowest investments
