Seems he's refusing to sign a new contract at Derby he would be a cracking signing for us to fit in the 10 spot 10 mil probably get him he's gone a bit stale at Derby I think and our nice family team could bring him back to his best

I thought that he had signed a new contract but even if not would not fit the no 10 role more likely the BK role rather than SB

Yes they can. The one that [MENTION=14365]Thunder Bolt[/MENTION] links to is, if you click the link, dated as November 25th 2016. So he was refusing to sign in November, and then did sign in January, per [MENTION=25007]Albion in the north[/MENTION]'s link.
