Getting a printed ticket - Urgent

My son is in London with his season ticket and I am meant to be taking my nephew in his place. Does anyone know if i can get a printed ticket and how I need to go about it ?

The club can print them at the ground for £5.

Yeah I've just given fan no in the past I've done it a couple of times
