We are, pretty much playing a Championship side from last season, what difference would the full back and centre backs make when we so far have 0 against us in this game? What difference would March seriously make today? We played a hell of a lot better last season than we are today. This, literally is a free game, lose and so what? Have a go, try to win and get some morale back. This is painful, desperately painful.

March is better than Skalak, and Skalak hasn't played for ages. 'boro were also in the PL a year ago, and spent £50m since, so this performance away from home to a top Championship side last season wouldn't have been bad.
Away from home to teams of this level? Like Newcastle, Norwich, Villa?
