This is ridiculous.

Liam Rosenior is the obvious and best choice to slot in at left-back if, as feared, Bong now faces a spell in the treatment room. Bong will be a big loss but Liam is more than capable of filling that void.

Player called Liam Rosenior is available...currently employed by BHAFC aswell.
Rosenior is Premiership proven and should slot easily into that position for a Championship team.

Whilst Rosenior has been great on the wing, we now have a lot of decent wingers so putting him at left back (where he is very comfortable) would open up more of an opportunity to play 2 out and out wingers each game, which could make us stronger in attack. Rosenior has been brilliant there but this could open up another space for Murphy/March/Kaz/Elvis to fight over, which could end up being beneficial in the long run.

No matter what happens, we won't need a prem lb on loan. We have rosenior. A player who has played lb in the prem and a fa cup final. We have kaz March and Murphy as wingers and Calde off the bench if needed. Don't see the problem.

For sure this is where you start. If it works great, if not you get into the loan market. not sure Calde is proper cover though

I would rather we got a proven goal scorer at this level until Jan.
Too many games have been drawn due to missing of chances.

If Rosenior is injured as well as Bong then we'll need to have a think about it, but as it stands a left back isn't required. Murphy and Bruno have played down the right together a couple of times and they look fine.

Hopefully Bong wasn't injured as badly as we all fear.

Liam Rosenior has the experience we need. I really hope Bong has just got a twisted knee rather than cruciate ligament damage. He looked to be in a lot of pain.

I'm no way ITK or a Physio, but it just seems that the injuries coming from seemingly innocuous challenges, or just from a player turning, always seem to be bad ones.

Played LB for Hull in the Premier League, so would do a job, but I'd be surprised if they loaned him out to a promotion rival. Wages could be an issue also.

Ok.
