Its not unusual for away fans to have poor seating, add to that the great distance involved you have to be at a loose end on this particular day

Shocking that its down to the clubs inability to control its own fans and the away fans safety from them.

Interesting that 93% of respondents to the paper’s poll support the idea of away fans being moved pitchside. Although you can’t see how many people have actually voted. It’s probably only about 5 people!

The view from my seat last season -



Right up against the back wall - the most ‘frightening’ thing though was that the back of the seat in front was only just above shoe height - glad that there was nobody behind to push me forwards!
